Aaron Kaufman, DO

Osteopathic and Family Practice

Dr. Aaron Kaufman practiced integrative family medicine in Albuquerque, NM. He retired on Halloween 2025 after 40 years as a board-certified Family Medicine practitioner. He trained students since 1987 and was on the clinical faculty of over 20 osteopathic, medical, naturopathic, nurse practitioner, and physician assistant schools. He combined the best of Western medicine with herbal, homeopathic, nutritional, regenerative injection, human identical hormone replacement, manipulative, and other therapies from around the world. He continues to train the practitioners at Southwest Integrative Health Center in the protocols he developed over 40 years of study and experience.


Robert Jones, DC, APC

Advanced Practiced Certified Chiropractic and Family Practice
Dr. Robert Jones was born to Dr. AC Jones and Dr. Doreen Jones in Camrose, Alberta Canada. His parents were taught by the founders of Chiropractic at the Palmer University of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. After attending university in Canada, Dr. Jones came to the United States to obtain his Doctorate in Chiropractic at the Palmer University of Chiropractic. He graduated from Palmer in 1989 and practiced in Dixon, Illinois. Dr. Jones moved to Albuquerque, NM in 1993 and has been practicing here ever since.

Dr. Jones and Dr. Aaron Kaufman opened their first integrative clinic in 2001. It has evolved into the present clinic, Southwest Integrative Medicine Clinic, which began in 2008. Dr. Jones is a Past President of the American Chiropractic Association, a past Governor of the Board of Governors of the American Chiropractic Association, sits on the Board of Trustees for the University of Western States (Past Chair), and is a Past President of the New Mexico Chiropractic Association.

Advanced Practice Certified:
This is a post-doctoral degree in advanced practice certification. It's a registry of Chiropractors who have continued their education so they can do advanced procedures such as injections. They have a specific pharmaceutical formulary which enhances their ability to treat their patients.

Roberta Champouillon, FNP-BC, M.S.N, RN, B.S.N. 

Roberta is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC, M.S.N) and licensed Registered Nurse (RN, B.S.N.). Roberta Champouillon relocated to Albuquerque, New Mexico in the Spring of 2022 from Northeast Tennessee. Roberta’s love of healthcare first began while working as a catering associate within the dietary department at the Johnson City Medical Center from ages 16-21. During this position, Roberta witnessed first-hand the impact a nurse makes on each patient.

Since then, Roberta has maintained a career within the healthcare system. She has performed duties as a nurse intern at the Johnson City Medical Center, Niswongers Children’s Hospital, and Franklin Woods Emergency Department. After obtaining her BSN, Roberta worked as a trauma/emergency department nurse as well as a traveling nurse. She holds certifications in BLS, ANCC, PALS, and TNCC. 

Roberta also has a passion for women’s health and sexual assault advocacy. She has additional training in sexual assault evidence collection. She has performed duties as a sexual assault nurse examiner within her community in Northeast Tennessee. She is a firm believer in Women’s Rights as well as the rights of the victim. 

In her free time, Roberta enjoys physical activities and bodybuilding. She has competed in National Physique Committee bodybuilding competitions and has plans to continue. She also enjoys spending time with her kitties, thrifting for hidden finds, as well as exploring her new home of Albuquerque.

Dr. Amy Westmoreland, FNP-C, DNP

Family Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Amy Westmoreland was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She received her Bachelors of
Science in Nursing (BSN) as a Registered Nurse (RN) at the University of New Mexico (UNM) in 2014. She then received her Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNPc) at Frontier Nursing University (FNU) in 2017 and completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) at FNU in October 2018. She served nearly 10 years for an underserved population at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) at the South Valley Health Commons in Albuquerque. She has a passion for family primary care, preventative medicine, healthcare maintenance and screening, and quality improvement. Dr. Westmoreland provides a variety of services including chronic care, acute care complaints, outpatient surgical care, birth control and women's health, prenatal care, musculoskeletal injections, and outpatient biopsies, among other services. She has also served as a HouseCalls provider, visiting patients for care in their homes, and served Edgewood/Cedar Crest/Madrid/East Mountain, NM as a provider locum. In her downtime, she enjoys hiking, camping, playing soccer, and any activities involving animals. She plans on furthering her education in Midwifery in the far future, and on continuing to serve our community in New Mexico for years to come.

Katerina Rael, FNP-C

Katerina Rael “Kat” is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) dedicated to delivering progressive, patient-centered primary care with an integrative, longevity-focused approach. She provides comprehensive care across the lifespan — from pediatric patients through later adulthood — with an emphasis on prevention, optimization, and sustainable long-term vitality.
Kat focuses on medical weight management, metabolic health, peptide-supported therapies, advanced supplementation, and aesthetic wellness. She blends traditional evidence-based primary care with innovative strategies, helping patients live not only longer but better, stronger, and healthier at every life stage. She especially pursues longevity medicine and performance optimization, integrating modern advancements with her belief that prevention and strategic optimization today foster freedom and vitality tomorrow.

With a strong focus on both lifespan and healthspan, Kat partners with her patients to create personalized treatment plans that boost energy, resilience, metabolic function, and overall quality of life. She practices proactive, empowering healthcare, rooted in education, and helps individuals feel confident, informed, and supported throughout life.

Tracy Graff, FNP-C

Tracy Graff is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) who provides care to patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults. With a strong background in intensive care - most notably in the Neurosciences ICU at UNMH - she brings advanced clinical experience to primary care. As a nurse practitioner, Tracy has served underserved communities at a federally qualified healthcare center in Edgewood, NM, and is passionate about pediatric care and integrative health. She is committed to offering a personalized approach that blends traditional medicine with natural and holistic therapies, empowering patients to achieve optimal health and well-being.

Tracy was raised in Rio Rancho, NM, and now lives in Tijeras with her husband, children, and numerous animals. In her off-time, she enjoys horseback riding, camping, and family adventures.

Beau Romero

Beau is a native New Mexican with roots in Eastern New Mexico. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004 as a Registered Nurse and went on active duty in the US Army. She served overseas, then moved to Albuquerque in 2009, where she enrolled at the University of New Mexico. Beau completed her graduate studies as a Family Nurse Practitioner at UNM in 2011. She worked at Presbyterian and the VA, then went back on active duty and retired in March 2025. Beau works part-time, has a family, and enjoys traveling. She is passionate about integrative medicine and provides patient-centered care, so she relies heavily on patient preferences, needs, and values. She is trained in hormone therapy, pellet therapy, and family practice, including pediatrics.
